travelers be extra aware the owner could just rob you but he decided to open a restaurant to do so. Everything he asks you could lead to extra charges, maybe he will charge you to breathe in his restaurant one day, and he will actually count how many breaths you take for that.He applies 15% gratuity to your bill, and demands you to pay another 15% tips on top of that; I wouldn 't be surprised if you find a mandatory service fee and donation on your bill one day. He 's called the police on customers before about this too.Let 's face it, the pho here is equivalent to instant noodle soups; tastes bad and extremely unhealthy. With the way he operates and treat you like a pig to the slaughter, he...

I never leave reviews, but I’m appalled at how much you overpay for the food. My friend and I ordered spring rolls and we paid four dollars for one spring roll cut into four. Also, the 15% tip was already added to our bill, then there’s an option to tip on top of the gratuity. That you can’t over pass. We both had a soup and a spring roll and the bill turned out to be over $30.00 each. I love pho, unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning.

They now add mandatory 15% gratuity! It’s not a gratuity if it’s mandatory. I asked them why and they said it’s because people aren’t tipping anymore… so what? It’s our choice to tip if we feel it’s deserving. The I got the saddest bowl of soup with almost nothing in it for $20. Food quality is way down. Prices are way up. I won’t go back. There are better options. Go to yummy house or pho99

I took a 9 yr old child here for lunch. We shared a bowl of soup, which was mostly broth with little substance, and a few salad rolls. Cost me $45! Much too expensive. I love Vietnamese food, and live locally, but will never go back.

The food here is not for Vietnamese people but for people who know nothing about Vietnamese food. The food is cooked very poorly completely lacking in Vietnamese quality!

*DON'T COME HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY. BE EXTRA AWARE* Owners are extremely rude and telling customers lies (that 20% tip is mandatory even for group of three)

The owners were so nice and attentive to my food request, and the taste of the bun bo hue was fantastic. Friendly spot with great food!
