Had to come back a second time because of their spicy beef noodle soup. It's addictive! I didn't get this the first time I was here and regretted it even though my own dish was still good. I think their spicy beef noodle soup is a hidden gem. The beef was cooked just right so it's still tender and flavourful, and you can taste the lemongrass and spices in the broth.We came in around 6p and the restaurant was empty. The BEST Phở I have ever had! If you order this dish, be sure to take the broth before adding hoison sauce or Sriracha. Otherwise you won't be able to really take the sublime blending of broth and spices that make this dish special. After you have added the nail leaves and bean sprouts to your bowl, to ahead and put some sauce on the little plate to dip the meat in as you eat. Just don't add sauce to the bowl.Proprietor is roughly proud of the food they serve. Very accommodating and polite. Pay no attention to this of the tight parking. I'm in town for a long weekend and we were in the mood for some pho and this place was open a little later than the other pho places in the area. We ordered A1. Four Piece Spring Rolls. They came out hot enough to eat but not burn your mouth and were super tasty. They didn't serve it with lettuce like we're used to, but it did come with the nuoc cham sauce. They weren't super greasy either. We also each ordered NS1. Beef Pho with steak. The broth is a bit sweeter than I prefer, but it was good. It's not the best pho I've ever had but it's nowhere near the worst either. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Thank you for the hospitality and your warm, comforting food!

I've never been here before, but it's better tasting than my favorite restaurant in Salem. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, and it was delicious. It had a lot of meat in it which was kind of nice. Usually soup doesn't have that much meat.... the price was a little bit high I thought for soup, but not bad.I would definitely recommend Pho Hong Phat to anyone looking for authentic hole-in-the-wall restaurants. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is calm.

Delicious! Customer service is top notch super friendly/sweet and happy to answer questions regarding the dishes.Beef stew was delicious, pho is great, and chicken wings were tasty. Will be coming back to try their spicy beef noodle soup.Highly recommend
