Pho Island - Reserva de mesa

I came in wasn't acknowledged and when I was, the man pointed as to where I should sit. Meanwhile there were plenty of empty seats to the left where most of the Asians were seated and he pointed me to the right. After being seated it took another 4 minutes until the cashier came to ask me what I wanted. Since the pandemic this place has gone down, service is especially poor or you could even say racist...if you are of a darker skin tone you're more than likely going to be watched as though you're a criminal....in this day and age, I find it to be appalling that this should continually happen....

I'm sure their pho is delicious; it smelled wonderful inside the restaurant. There was a good sized lunchtime crowd. I ordered vegetarian spring rolls to go. The rolls had only lettuce, rice noodles and tofu inside and the taste was bland. The peanut sauce was also unimpressive compared to others. It lacked the expected rich flavor, and the texture was almost grainy, not smooth. Some carrots or other veggies or basil leaves would have given the spring roll the usual delicious taste. I definitely would not recommend their spring rolls but I would give their pho a try.Parking: A large parking lot.

The restrooms for both men and women are clean, which earns the restaurant a point for overall cleanliness. The customer service is decent. The food looks appealing, and that earns another point. However, I need to mention that during my visit, they had run out of several essential ingredients for the pho, like fish sauce and jalapeños, among others. As a pho enthusiast, I was disappointed with the flavor, as it didn’t make my taste buds dance the way a good pho usually does. I would have rated this restaurant higher than a 3, but the lack of flavor and missing ingredients really let it down.

I always enjoy eating at Pho Island, the service is fast and friendly and although I was missing some items like mint on my egg rolls, I get it inflation can get the best of us. Nonetheless, I usually get the pho, egg rolls and fried rice. I did notice the special of the dayyyy, it was a oxtail pho version, yall know I had to give it a try. The broth was extremely delightful not too salty just perfect. The oxtail, needed to be cooked longer, it was as tender as I would have liked it but overall this is my go to spot when in the area! This place is for the locals running late during the week.. No options! I tried their spring rolls and let me tell you it's the worst shrimp spring rolls I've had so far.. I love Pho and Viet food!! So I'm very picky and expect no less..

This place is a must try. The food is flavorful and amazing! The staff is very cool and friendly. They mixed me a dipping sauce for the meat and it was phenomenal with the beef pho. 5/5

The Pho is good, everything else I 've ordered has been disappointing , like the "Spring Rolls ' all iceberg lettuce and dirty shrimp. Ordered mid December 2022.Food: 2/5

As for vegetarian options, they offer veggie fried rice and other vegetable dishes—just ask!
