This is the second time that we have been to this restaurant. I’d rate our first experience as a four. This second experience was not as good. First of all, the egg rolls tasted like they had been burned in old oil. The other dishes that my husband and I ordered also tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. And the dishes had very little taste and no sauce that we noticed. I had to load my dish (Vegetarian stir fried egg noodles) up with duck sauce just to make it edible. And my husband (BBQ pork fried rice) threw most of his meal in the trash can. I don’t think that we will return for a third time.

I was really disappointed with the food here. I came because I was in the area, and the reviews praised this place, but it didn't live up to the hype. The prices were too high for what I received; there were only two pieces of meat in my pho, and the broth was just okay. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here—I’ve had much better pho in Cleveland at more reasonable prices. On the positive side, the service was excellent; the waitress was very kind. The server was great and kind. I have been here many times and the food has been excellent every time but today I decided I won't come back. I found a leg of an insect on a plate of food I was served. The chicken tasted like it was marinated for too long, tasting like it was going bad/spoiled. I loved this business, but I will not be coming back. Food: 1

I can't believe how little I received after paying extra for the larger pho—what a disappointment. I used to be a big fan since they first opened, but I've noticed that they keep reducing portion sizes. I was willing to pay more for a bigger serving, but after this experience, I don't think I will be ordering again.

Another fabulous and delicious Pho Ga soup this evening. Owner Nancy has created a wonderful local favorite with unique and always tasty Vietnamese specialties. It’s always fantastic, friendly, and consistently very good. Recommended!Vegetarian options: Soups and vegetable only dishes.

Excellent pho and nirvanas iced coffee, spring rolls I like a little more Thai Basil in it but the shrimp was plentiful and sauce awesome with a couple drops of chili oil.
