I 'm writing this review saddened. I have been coming to this pho restaurant for 5 years, me and my family have been dedicated customers. We loved this place so much, honestly the food is great. We love the pho and the chicken and shrimp plate. Since coming to this restaurant I had two babies, my oldest baby absolutely loves pho it 's his favorite food. He grew up coming to eat here, and the host/ waiter knew our usual already. We didn 't even have to order the food he 'd just bring it to us. After I gave birth to my last baby we continued to come, but one day when my baby started to sit on the high chair he made a mess. I totally regret not picking up after him. The quality was subpar for the average prices charged; it's just okay, and I won't be coming back. After seeing other reviews, I've realized my initial assessment was too generous. This was the worst pho I've ever had, and the quality really needs to be improved. I left feeling like I had been robbed of my $30. However, I will say that the staff was pleasant.
This has become my favorite pho spot lately, and I’m willing to travel all the way from West LA just to eat here because it’s absolutely fantastic. I'm really looking forward to the day when the owner recognizes me and knows my order, just like he does with the other regulars! Food: 5/5
The attitude of the restaurant host was quite unpleasant. He is the main person handling orders and payments. There are many better Pho restaurants throughout the LA area that offer fresher food and much friendlier service. Food rating: 1/5.

Never picked up the phone when I try placing an order 3 times. The guy that takes order was rude. The pho lacks a flavor but overall it was okay. King pao was delicious. Place is very nice and clean. It's a quiet place to enjoy lunch.
I really love this place and want to keep it a secret, but it's such a delightful hidden gem. I always order the Mely's Special Combo. The broth is light yet packed with wonderful layers of flavor. I'm also a huge fan of the tendon!
Food is flavorful, service is fast and respectful when you're a regular, and my favorite (taro coconut not sweet) smoothie is available if the younger guy is working.Food: 5/5
Wow, I ordered a seafood pho, and it had no flavor at all. I wouldn't recommend going here. The sour taste was like watered-down broth with just some chicken powder.

The best pho in town! The staff is very friendly, and Jimmy helped me choose a fantastic dish. I will definitely come back again!
