I just placed an order online, their online order system allows for delivery to be paid by cash. I just received a call from them stating I need to pay by card, I said I chose cash because I have the cash available, but they said no, card or nothing. This is incredibly bad costumer service given that their system does allow to pay by cash upon delivery just like any other restaurant. If I want to pay by cash that should be my choice.Will never order again.
I've ordered lunch from this place a few times using their online ordering menu, not through a third-party service. When you arrive at the restaurant, it may not look very impressive at first glance. However, seeing Vietnamese customers dining there speaks volumes about the quality of the food. I've tried various versions of their Phở, different bánh mì, and the Bún chả giò, and I've always been pleased with my meals.

Original review: I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. The hostess/waitress was very unwelcoming and difficult to understand. It felt as if she was rushing us out before we even had a chance to order. I almost left after her initial comments. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for friendly service. The place was empty, and I can see why... I won't be returning.
It's the waitress there. She always have an attitude and the rest room door is always locked . So when you ask her to unlock it for use she has an attitude as if we are not supposed to use the rest room. How about leaving it unlock , and having a better person serving our food ect. Because this young lady makes me feel uncomfortable every time I come to eat.
The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow. If you're willing to wait an hour for your food, then this is the place for you. The waiter was not very pleasant, either. I waited 35 minutes in a completely empty restaurant and never received the fish soup I ordered.
I just tried to walk in and order but the lady at front was so rude to me, made me wait and then told me it was take out only even tho i saw someone eating inside the restaurant…definitely never coming back after being treated like that.

my daughter ordered duck. first there was hardly any meat in the order. 2nd it tasted bad. If she gets sick they will pay the Dr bill! NEVER AGAIN.
The food is outstanding and reasonable prices. Pho broth is on point but street parking is annoying as it is metered. Service is no. Existent.
