We have been coming here since it opened years ago and it had been our go to Pho place. However they are under new management and the food quality has unfortunately taken a hit. The Pho Bo Kho was my go to dish but now I only got 3 pieces of pretty fatty beef and soggy noodles. We also ordered a Pho dish which also had over cooked noodles. The Boba tea came out with large ice pieces at first and was undrinkable. After fixing that issue a reorder had undercooked Boba pearls. Hope this place can fix these issues and get back to its prior higher food quality standard.
Ordered the #16, Pho with flank steak, received pho with hunks of ground beef. When I brought it up with the server she told me it was flank steak, they just grind it up because that 's how Vietnamese do it . I had to explain how that is just ground beef with extra steps. Just to confirm I 'm not crazy, I asked my father, a Vietnamese man, to confirm that flank steak is infact just flank steak. Included in this review, is that text conversation. I came to this restaurant after a workout session and the food was exactly what I needed. The broth in the pho I ordered was delicious and didn't require any additional seasoning. The seating area is cozy, and larger groups may have difficulty finding seating for more than 4 or 5 people. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I would recommend trying the Pho Tai Bo Vien. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 5 out of 5. The price per person is between $20-30 for dinner.
I picked up some takeout from this place last week when I was looking for something near Innsbrook. It turned out to be a fantastic discovery! All the dishes tasted really fresh and delicious. I ordered the Coconut Shrimp Curry (Cari Tom), a vegetarian Bahn Mi, a fried taro cake appetizer (Bot Chien), and Vietnamese Pad Thai (Pho Xao). I was impressed with all of them, but the Bahn Mi was the stand out winner. I will definitely be returning!

This is hands down the best Pho in the country! I definitely recommend paying a visit and enjoying a deliciously prepared meal. The dishes here not only satisfy your hunger, but also nourish your soul. The broths are simply amazing! I have tried Pho Saigon in various cities throughout the US, and it never disappoints! The ambiance at this specific location is truly delightful.
Very quiet calm atmosphere, food was delicious fresh and fast. Service could have been better once food was delivered we didnt see our waiter again and none of the staff would stop by our table to see if we needed anything, we had to wave down a different waiter to get the check.
On a chilly day, this restaurant did not turn on the heat for its customers. Thankfully, the hot soup was a lifesaver. The wonton soup was exceptional, the Vietnamese crepe was very good, and the vegetarian vermicelli was delicious.
The Pho at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! They have clearly marked gluten-free and vegetarian options for those with dietary restrictions. The pho is truly outstanding.
