Came with my two daughters to order a drink and was greeted with bad attitude and a non welcoming manner. Please fix your customer service because I know you have been better in the past. All I wanted was a mango smoothie but your answers were so rude that I left. Your responses made it seem like it was such a burden to serve me. Not sure what I was doing wrong.I know you will know exactly which customer I was. Happy to speak in person with owners about this, but not with that woman who was rude. And if you were the owner im ashamed at you. Thanks. I came June 23 2023 around 6:15 pm please check your camera.

Well, the food did not disappoint. Tasty food and good portions. Okay, from the price point as well. They seem to have a dine in option as well.I ordered General Tao chicken and Singapore Noodles, mango salad , Passion Fruit drink... all tasty ?...Customer service was great. Most restaurants force you to tip. The machine did not have a forceful tip option. I asked the server how should I tip her (i had no cash), and she said dont worry and showed me the value on the bill.5/5 I would go there again.

Love their food, especially when dining in. Always order the house Pho, broth is flavourful and plenty of meat and noodles. Always bring our under 2yo, they're always great with having plastic utensils, cup, and bowl for her. Very poor service! When we arrived, we waited at the door to be seated. Seeing that no one was coming, we decided to take a seat at a cleaned table. We waited some more to get the menu offered to us. When the waitress arrived with the menus, she asked us if we had a reservation. She said that normally people have to wait to be seated first. At that point, we just left the place. Fantastic. Delicious. Generous portions. You get more than what you pay for. Very consistent as well, my wife has got the wonton soup for years because she loves the broth and the combination of flavours as well as the good sized wontons. She has never been disappointed because she knows she’ll get exactly what she wants every time. You are awesome Ng Saigon Boys!

I 've tried the vermicelli (with spring rolls) twice and both bowls were just ok. Nothing really inspired or unique. For some reason beef isn 't an option, so I tried the sausage and it gave me the same meh sensation.Service has been good on both visits. Unremarkable interior. Prices are acceptable.

We visit Ng Saigon Boys every couple of months, sometimes more often. The food is always fantastic, staff are great.The vegetable spring rolls and vegetable curry with rice is a favorite!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, all delicious!
