Extremely upset, I ordered take out last night (writing this today because I didn’t have time to yesterday) for my family and I. My family had sent me to go order and bring food home for all of us. I had never had pho before cause it never really interested me but I thought to give it a shot yesterday. I asked the guy at the front whats something they recommended and he said the beef pho that also came with another meet but I couldn’t fully hear what he was saying because I’m hard of hearing. Anyway, now I have my food and go home and time for dinner right? When I got my bowl I opened it and there was a bag of RAW cold meat INSIDE my bowl with COOKED meat. How is that okay??? This is a surprisingly good Vietnamese restaurant among many in the area. We had the pho large and a barbecue pork rice dish. The broth in the pho was excellent savory and tasty without leaving a too sweet sweet or salty aftertaste. The meat was tender and fresh. The barbecue pork was plentiful and tender and well seasoned. It went down good with the rice nicely paired with the sautéed green onion. Restaurant is large, spacious, clean and comfortable. The service is personable and efficient. This restaurant has become a favorite for us.
We used to visit this restaurant frequently and really enjoyed it, but after our second visit recently, I've noticed a significant change in the service. The staff seem disengaged and unhappy in their roles; they hardly communicate and don’t even check in to see if we’re enjoying our meals. The cashier didn’t even thank us when we paid, and the overall vibe felt quite negative. Who wants to dine in such an atmosphere?

I've visited the Van Nuys and Reseda locations, and I can confidently say the pho here is the best. There is plenty of parking available. However, the service leaves something to be desired. The staff member who attended to us didn't engage in conversation, barely smiled, and didn't return to our table after serving our dishes. Despite the service issues, I highly recommend this place for pho.
This was probably my third visit to this location, and the service was, at best, mediocre. Each time, I had to ask for water, including refills. The waitstaff never checked in on me; I had to wave them down whenever I needed something. The food was decent, but the peanut sauce for the spring rolls was excessively watery both times.
This is our go-to for good Pho. The restaurant is clean and the service is good. We had a little issue with our order a few weeks ago, but they took care of us on our next order. They really care about their customers and the quality of their food. We have tried many places in the valley, and this one is always the best!
Food was decent. Nothing special but they kept it simple. I would go with the pho soup small since it already is enough. Restaurant is clean and quiet which is always good. Price is good for quality. They are missing the x factor but who cares its a noodle soup. Reserva una mesa ahora
