The selection of condiments was varied and generous, which I always appreciate, but I was disappointed that there were no fresh chilies available—definitely a pho faux pas in my book. The beef-to-noodle ratio was well-balanced, and the sprouts and mint were fresh and plentiful, which made me happy since I love a lot of sprouts. My companion Kim didn't touch his, so I indulged even more.
In the competition for the best pho in Bankstown, I'd rank Song around 4th or 5th place, maybe 3rd when compared to Than Long. Very big portion and worth every penny. This is a place that opens late in Bankstown and serves up fresh and delicious food. The only complaint I have is the pork chop is on the drier side but everything else was tasty and full of flavour. Would highly recommend to visit if you are around the area! Located at the old Gia Hoi place, Pho Song Huong has another restaurant in Riverwood. Has some very authentic Vietnamese dishes and of course Pho. The Beef Pho stock is more on the meaty broth side rather than herbal, but still very nice. Their chilli is very hot. Good selection of drinks, and they have good avocado shakes
I dined in for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also scoring a perfect 5. The atmosphere was pleasant, with a rating of 4. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal at a price range of A$20–40 per person.

This is quite possibly the best bowl of beef stew in Australia. Other dishes are amazing. Overall very high standard of food here
