Pho Tai Loc - Reservar una mesa

This was our first time ordering from here. My husband and I are from Boston and we had just moved. We missed having Vietnamese food so we tried to look for a local spot that offered vermicelli bowls and Pho. We ordered the beef vermicelli bowls and we were sadly disappointed. Meat was over seasoned and the entire dish was extremely oily and bland. The sauce that comes with it was not your typical fish sauce. It was all noodle and barely any meat. We also ordered fresh spring rolls and I was expecting there to be cucumbers, carrots, or some type of vegetable in there but it only had the shrimp, noodle and a leaf that did not taste like mint. This place has a lot of work to do with the quality of their food. The cost does not reflect the quality you are receiving. When I entered all 3 staff members were arguing with a customer who had come back because of an error on his receipt. I had to ask 3 x to pick up my order.

Expects much better based on the high reviews that people give... The dining area feels like an overland space they just threw some tables and chairs in the back of a club. Pho was best moderate (based on reviews, I expected at least New Pho quality and tastes a lot of ground spices floating at the end of the bowl. (I'm not an expert, but I guess they use a faster method to cook broth by using ground spices instead of whole. Chicken wings were like small pieces fried chicken. Not any Asian style, more like KFC. But our server was friendly and attentive.

The item #10 on their menu cracked me up, so I ordered it. That Pho really hit the spot. It was really tasty. Ah their broth... ? The appetizers were a step above your average ones. In short, i did not feel like I wasted my money there. :

I've been writing a review for this place for years. Your Pho is the best I had and makes the winter months tolerable. The broth is incredible and there is nothing like a bowl of it in a cold night.

The best drinks and pho that I?ve ever had! It?s a small family run business, but everything is amazing. This is definitely a weekly place to eat??
