Pho Today - Reservar una mesa

I was looking to pick up some Vietnamese for dinner and Pho Today was along the drive home. I place an order via DoorDash on a Friday evening and the quoted pick up time was accurate. I got to the restaurant on time, and the man working told me he'd be with me in a second. A male customer walks in after me and the guy goes and helps him first instead. Annoying, but whatever somebody else ended up helping me with my order. I had the spring rolls with vermicelli, which was

Good for a bowl of Pho It's like a slowed down fast food place where they come take your order and you don't see them again until they bring your food. The wait staff was very polite but not friendly, if you know what I mean... But when you're cold and want a warm bowl of noodle soup this place can't go wrong. I usually have the Combo Pho but wanted to try something slightly different and got the Seafood Pho. Just as tasty! Have to say the squid was not gummy like other

The veggie pho can be made vegan if you ask for vegetable broth. It was so good and nice size portion. They have a variety of veggies in there which makes it flavorful. The veggie sandwich on a baguette was also very good. They provide the siracha and other sauces on the table. It's a great environment to go out to eat with friends or by yourself for a quick bite. Oxtail in Pho Today was tough and mostly bones. Broth needed more flavor. Bun Dac Biet Today was better cooked with plenty of pork, shrimp, and beef for two bowls. This was another day so maybe that pho was done by another cook. Service was slow for only a few tables, but place just opened for day so maybe there are more staff later.

Super friendly staff. Food was amazing. The restaurant was really clean and spacious. I thought this was gonna be overrated but no, everything was perfect.
