I stumbled upon this Vietnamese restaurant by accident while walking on the Bay Trail in San Leandro. Located in a strip mall near Marina Park, this hidden gem shares a building with Cathy's Nails. Despite completing over 8,000 steps, I decided to try something different and ordered the spicy sautéed eggplant stir fried with tofu dish for $11.50. The combination of fresh Chinese eggplant, tofu, red pepper, onion, and chili peppers was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered it again after another long walk on the Bay Trail. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience from start to finish! The server was excellent as he didn't rush us from our table. All the dishes were well-prepared and served promptly. They even accommodated my dietary restriction by preparing only vegetable spring rolls since I don't eat pork. The peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls was tasty and had chopped fruits in it. However, my favorite dish was the seafood pho.
We just moved to the area and was looking for a dinner spot to go to that's close by. Vietnamese food is always a good choice. My husband and I got the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork and egg rolls and they were great! The pork was charred and well seasoned and the egg rolls were crispy (even as takeout). We're happy to have found a local spot to satisfy our cravings when needed!
Small hole in the wall pho restaurant. Went during lunch on a weekend. There was only 1 person working the cash register and dining area so service was a little slow but once we ordered, the food came out quickly. The bowl of pho was around $11-12. It's really hard to find a bowl of pho for that price nowadays, so definitely a win for the price.

we think about 7:40 a.m. for a dip and they wouldn't serve us, the closing time showed 8PM. We have come to this place since it belonged to the old owners, maybe it's time to find a new place.
This is one of the best pho high quality food. I come here often even on a hot weather. Service here is great. Soup is tasty. Their rice plates is so delicious. Amazing spring rolls.
The food is just like any other Vietnamese restaurants nearby. The front people are not that friendly. But maybe that's just their personality.
I love this place because there are so many options to choose from and they are all delicious.
