The management of the restaurant should be redone to say that it was a restaurant of at least an acceptable level. Small lovely corner for Vietnamese food lover in the center of Le Havre. The pho is not 100% authentic with the broth is a bit too thick but the soup is ok. Price is acceptable. Today diner at Pho Viet (naar tram Rond Point, close to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel). Uncredible quality and low price. Cold Heineken and more. Clean. As it is in Asia. Go there!
