Pho Viet Cuisine

Customer service sucks! They leave us all standing at the door looking stupid and lost without greeting us and/or telling us how long the wait is. The pace is moving very slowly. They need more help or the waitress/hostess needs to be more friendly and attentive. Menu book is destroyed and fallen apart. I had the combination rice bowl, the meat tasted bland and flavorless. The rice was dried up and hard. As you walk in the front door, you can smell the bathroom odor coming out. It was very stinky as you walk in the front door. This makes me lose appetite. I asked the waitress and she didn’t even respond to my questions and seemed like she did not care whether we came in or not.

Listen, this place might not look super fancy or modern, but let me tell you it it’s absolutely phenomenal. Every time my wife and I go there we have good service and good food. We usually have the same light skinned and short hair/bald guy and he works as hard as he can to service everyone appropriately. I’m not sure if he is the owner, but he definitely does a fantastic job as a waiter. The food is fresh and served in timely manor and we always enjoy eating there. This will always be our spot as long as it’s open.

Delicious plates with unique and fresh flavors at a reasonably price. Additionally, the waiters are great and fast. Pad thai is a tasty plate, but my favorite plate is the pho soup. Only reason I didn't gave them 5 stars is because they could work more on the cleanliness and look of the place. If you look over the main counter, there is quite a mess and the place could use some retouching.

The Pho XL portion is worthy of the price, and despite having come in an hour before closing, the service was prompt and excellent.

Absolutely delicious! I asked for a slightly special order of the Noodle soup (Hú Tiéu) with pork and chicken. Came out amazing.
