This place has become a disaster with their service. After being a consistent customer here, I have experienced declining, very disturbing, highly rude, unprofessional experiences. The restaurant itself is constantly busy and not organized for the customers in the order they arrive. After waiting for over 30 minutes just to be seated then 20 more just to order our food, another group was seated right as they walked in and was able to order before us. EXCELLENT!!! It had been a while since I had Vietnamese food, so I went with friends yesterday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. I was really hungry and decided to treat myself to a meal, and I'm so glad I chose this place. The waiter was really friendly and efficient. I ordered the rice plate with grilled pork and a side of spring rolls (which come in a set of two). I don't eat pork often, but when I do, I expect it to be cooked well. The food arrived remarkably quickly, which pleasantly surprised me. Everything on my plate was delicious—I couldn't stop eating once it was placed in front of me.
