Yeah, there's nothing groundbreaking about another HK cafe, but I have enjoyed some of their other locations. It was comfort food. There is nothing that different about this location. Same food, same service. It's a solid option for lunch when you just want something basic and familiar. Nothing blows me away, but it hits the spot.Except... I was shocked by the chocolate-banana milkshake. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect and sort of just ordered it as I wasn't feeling HK milk tea or pop. Maybe a synthetic chocolate milkshake with a banana as a garnish? Nope! It was smooth chocolate ice-cream with an actual whole banana mixed in. And it was fresh, not some frozen banana mix. A few nice sof...

Popular Hong Kong style cafe with a deecnt selection of breakfast options. Most breaksfast combos currently are below $11 and it's served with a basic hot drink.Had the HK style waffle, which is standard half sized waffle. You can get 2 toppings; jam or peanut butter or sugar or condensed milk. Also got oatmeal with milk paired with either tuna salad or egg salad sandwich. We upgraded to scrambled egg toasted sandwich for $1. Portions were generous. The pan fried chicken with 2 eggs of your choice came with a dinner roll, which was very filling. The hot drinks were normal, just like similar HK cafes. Hot drink upgrades are $0.50, which was a fair price. The servers were attentive and courteous. C...

8 of us came here for lunch at 1:15 pm, we asked for 2 nearby tables; the receptionist said it is not possible; and she refused to give an estimate on the time needed to wait. She said we either take the one 4-person table that came up, or wait outside the restaurant (despite we had an 90+ year old lady standing up waiting ! She added that once we take up and sit down at one 4-person table, we cannot move closer to another table. I found her attitude extremely rude compared to other phoenix restaurants. All Food we consumed were mediocre; the best dish was the HK-styled French toast. The overall experience was disappointing! I shall not come back to this place again.

My brother brought me better, and he hyped it up saying it 's a very popular restaurant which he considered wanting to open a franchise. The wait to get a seat took around 15 minutes another common sign that the restaurant must be very good. Well, maybe it was because the expectations were set so high that I was disappointed when I got my dish. I got the Malaysian curry beef on rice in Thai style (spicy) , but the curry didn 't have much flavour, and it was a very mild spicy. I can 't say it was terrible, but it wasn 't what I consider good either. The beef was very tender, at the very least. And it was great that it came with a can of pop for the lunch special.

Good ol' Phoenix, been visiting this location for years. My kids loves their oatmeal and Satay beef noodles for breakfast. Some notable dishes I would recommend are their Hainanese chicken, Malaysia curry beef and their deep fried chicken legs. I always go for their deep fried chicken legs for afternoon tea. Tried many fried chicken legs around town and Phoenix's were consistently good chicken legs at other restaurants' were either overcooked or bland. Lastly, I would recommend getting their Iced tea! You won't regret it!

The servers were fantastic. They noticed that the kids were getting bored and gave them a colouring sheet and crayons to keep them occupied. We ordered the Hainanese Chicken with Chicken Oil Rice, Baked Pork Chop with Rice, Mushroom Cream Sauce and Cheese, Kids Cheese Bolognese Macaroni and Hong Kong Coffee/Tea.The menu offered an array of choices, and the service was quick. The portions were generous and left us feeling satisfied.

Good Hong Kong style Café. They are reasonably priced and a lot of different choices and set meals. The portions are big and filling. Always very busy on weekends but is usually quick to get a table. Kid Friendly with high chair and kids meal choices.

Came here with a friend and we both got the hainanese chicken rice. The price is on the expensive side but the taste was great. The chicken came boneless so thats a plus. The meal was like 20 per person.

Pretty mediocre Hong Kong style breakfast and yet always so crowded on weekends. The satay beef noodles is probably one of the better dishes I’d recommend.
