Phô-ever Vietnamese Cuisine

The Vietnamese cuisine is one of my favorites and if I could eat it daily, I would. Many options are already gluten-free. PHO CHAY veggie pho has a lot of taste, they use their veggie stick by cooking vegetables and a fungus mix for hours - maybe overnight when I'm right. You can add steamed/fried tofu or simply add extra vegetables! I sometimes ask both tofus for texture. It comes with rice noodles or you can refresh in house noodles that are the thickness of genuine authentic phonudels. If you like spicy, I recommend totally one side of saté chili oil or her crushed Thai chili. Stunningly good, Vietnamese food didn't have so good since I visited Saigon before I was vegan! Homemade passion fruit soda, tofu banh mi with incredibly fresh bread, tofu bun all brilliant. The staff really knew what vegan meant.

Wow. This place was randomly found and all vegan items were great. Our favorites are fried rice, Vietnamese crepe and Pho.
