We ordered Piada over the weekend for a Birthday party at the park. We ordered the Tailgate pack, which is a large box of Piada's including a combination of 4 different kinds of Piada's. The pack came with 20 bags of chips also. We also ordered a large tray of the Pasta/Carbonara with Crispy Chicken and a jug of the Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade. The food was outstanding, this easily fed a group of 12 with plenty of left overs. I called in early to check to see if ice was included with the lemonade and had the friendliest person answer the phone, Madison. She was delightful and so friendly and accommodating. My experience at this Piada was first amazing with the gentlemen upfront being very nice and helpful and just amazing customer service overall. But sadly it immediately changed once to the person on cashier he is just complaining about work and completely distracted in front of customers holding up the line . Seems to be new but already seems rude and gave the wrong checks out . Tried to get my actual check but was just given some random doordash one instead . A couple of weeks ago, my sisters and I gathered at Piada to honor the anniversary of our mom’s passing. While we enjoyed our delicious meals, we spent hours reminiscing both inside the restaurant and at the outdoor tables. When the chef, Madisyn, discovered the reason for our gathering, she came out to check on us and graciously offered us complimentary cannoli chips and dip. Her kindness truly touched our hearts. This is what exceptional customer service looks like! We highly recommend this Piada location.
Ever since I went vegan, I haven’t ate at Piada so it’s been sometime. My bf and I called the gahanna location 10 mins before they closed asking if they would be able to serve us and the young lady who answered the phone did one even better… she took our order over the phone that way we could just go in and pay. We arrived at 10pm, I went in they had our food bagged up and ready to go. The workers were pleasant and patient. I can now eat Piada again and we have another place we can go ?

I’ll never go back here. The most horrible and unkind staff ever. Staff was mean, uncaring and down right rude. The kitchen area was filthy. The girl working the front line has no sense of customer service. She looks like she hates working there. Food has gone down and tastes disgusting. If I could give a below zero rating, I would. The way I was treated here by the employee that was preparing my food was beyond disrespectful. Never ever going back.
Hey, I can’t speak enough good graces about this location Troy, Jada, and Isabella were nothing but professional. They gave great suggestions, and the customer service was stellar. The food was delicious and the new selections were great. The farmers market salad with chicken was excellent! I eilll be back here again!Food: 5/5
I'm a delivery driver and let me tell you this location has the fastest and nicest young lady working there. She can get a catering order out in like 8 min even while helping everyone else. She's a gem. Her name is Madison and she's wonderful. I've never seen anyone so fast and I've picked up from 100s of merchants.
Kids alfredon pasta with chicken fritte was very food. Cannoli Chips are always great but the aize foe $4.99 is highly overpriced for a half filled soufflé cup of filling and one scoop ice cream aize cup with small broken chips
