I've been a long-time fan of Piara Pizza, but that changed after last night. My boyfriend ordered pizza and wings during his lunch break, and it resulted in some undercooked, chewy chicken. Soon after, he started feeling nauseous and fatigued. He could barely make it home before he got sick. I'm convinced he has food poisoning, especially after seeing him experience chills and a fever. Piara, you need to improve your standards—undercooked chicken is a serious issue that can lead to health violations!
I called to let them know that the pizza had an unpleasant raw smell, reminiscent of a damp rag. The customer service representative acted like they were transferring my call to the manager but then kept me on hold for an extended period.
I visited in the afternoon and, despite a slight rush, Kandy remained calm and provided excellent customer service. The prices are reasonable as well. I ordered the cheesy bread for the first time, and it was fantastic!
The service at this restaurant is outstanding, with very attentive staff. While it is slightly pricier than Little Caesars, it's certainly worth the extra cost. I suggest making special orders to enjoy the best flavors.

The truth is that the food here is very bad, the service if you look at the people, they work very dirty and they don't put order, the truth is, the food is bad.
They offer great deals, and the pizza is delicious. You must try their thin crust—it's scrumptious! Their chicken wings are also quite good.
