on one of the beautiful places of beziers (which is not missing). We managed to find a table, a little bit at the last moment. very smiling welcome, menu from noon to 25 euros, very fine. Pears cake with crab sauce, spicy. Sweet pork accompanied by an amazing stuffed vegetable, and organ point: remarkable dessert. a white chocolate ball filled with a fruit compote. in short, a quality report impeccable price. Then everything depends on the wine you choose.
