We celebrated my bride 's birthday with an outstanding dinner at Picasso! We were seated at a window table with a great view of Bellagio 's fountains and part of the Vegas Strip. The service was exemplary and the food perfectly prepared, plated, and delicious. The sommelier took the time to explain the characteristics of each wine paring throughout the meal. To start we enjoyed both the Warm Quail Salad with sautéed artichokes and pine nuts and the warm Poached Oysters topped with Osetra caviar and cooked in a vermouth sauce. We ate here before we saw Adele. This was one of the best meals of our lives. The service was impeccable and the sommelier was also very thorough with the wine pairing. Everything here was top notch and we got a free parting gift of dark chocolate crafted by the chef. Highly recommended for travelers in Vegas!
A truly perfect birthday dinner. The degustation with wine pairing was exceptional. I also appreciated the flexibility the restaurant allowed with their menus (we substituted a dish off the white truffle menu). Our server, Robert, was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about food and wine.

Every time we come to Vegas it is amazing. Good simply spectacular. We don’t normally go for such expensive meals, but this is worth every penny.
