There is ample parking available, as always. The exterior of this restaurant does not resemble a typical Piccadilly establishment, with few windows, but once inside, the atmosphere is welcoming and familiar. Parking is plentiful. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel as if you are attending a party in someone's home with their warm smiles and excellent service. However, some staff members could benefit from more training on how to better serve customers. The food presentation was clean and all dishes appeared fresh. The only reason I am giving the food 4 stars is because my Chopped Beef lacked spices and flavor, and my dessert did not taste fresh. Despite that, all the vegetables were fresh and tasty.
The food was delicious for the most part the broccoli was tender, the macaroni and cheese with cheesy, mashed potatoes and gravy was okay. My only complaint would be when I ask for cheese on my broccoli the cheese was see through like water. And their dinner rolls are the bomb they are so fluffy and buttery.
The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet we had to wait 30 minutes in line because the server was slow delivering food to the person in front of us. As a result, our dishes ended up cold. I really enjoyed the carrot casserole—it had a flavor similar to sweet potatoes.

The manager, Mr. Marley, is fantastic! I placed an order at Wilson for pickup on Saturday, not realizing they were closed that day. I didn't know they were closed on Saturdays because it was listed on the schedule.

Although they were short-staffed like many others, the food at Piccadilly was tasty and promptly refilled. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable.
