Tonight I ordered my pizzas and attempted to use my Entertainment Card 25% discount. I rang to confirm that I could use the voucher prior to then ringing through my order (where again, I asked whether I could use the voucher - I was told YES!) yet, when I tried to redeem the voucher, I was told no. In fact, the manager making the decision was not even willing to discuss this with me. The lady that took my order confirmed that she had said I could use the voucher, but could only apologise that I could now could not.

DO NOT EAT HERE especially if you have kids. We are a just a suburban family with kids and I have never been treated with such rudeness and disregard. Our takeaway order was 1.5 hours late. Owner didn't care on the phone and told us to 'go away'. Plenty of other places that care about human kindness, good food and repeat business. We will be telling all our friends, all the local schools and anyone in the area that will listen not to go here. EDIT: Thank you to the very kind staff member who actually refunded our money and left it in our letterbox. Thank goodness there is some kindness in this world. Ordered a takeaway pizza and garlic pizza bread. Pizza was the better of the two, nice thin base and tasty enough yet not amazing. Garlic bread was garlicky but didn't seem as fresh tasting as the pizza, also maybe a little too crunchy around the edges of the base.
Worth noting that on Fridays and Saturdays you can only eat outside or get takeaway, a little too noisy outside for us being right next to Old Cleveland Rd.
Would return if in the area and fancied some pizza, though would skip the garlic bread.

It hurts me to write this and only give a three stars. Pizza is normally great. i like the lamb one. last time it just seemed different. Not so fresh and not the nice base as usual and they stinged out on the toppings. I didnt get the garlic bread this time but in the past its one of the best i have ever had. I will give them one more chance.I also tried the aranchini balls which are not good. Its meant to be pea and ham but the rice takes over. Due to the lack of real flavour there is too much salt.
Ordered 3 pizzas for a family of 4. Don't know if the fact it was delivered was the issue but all 3 pizzas were not crisp and stuck to their boxes. Flavours were good but just not enjoyable to eat given slices were inconsistent with some being tiny and others up to a quarter of the pizza. Needed 2 hands to hold a slice given the bend. Certainly not the worst but wouldn't go back!
Have been eating Piccolo Pizza regularly for the past 3 years and loving it but tonight was disappointing. Base was undercooked on both pizzas and the chorizo tasted like kabana. What has changed? Please tell me this was a one off!
Would not recommend. Ordered delivery recently to be told 35 mins. 1hr 10 mins later our soggy pizza arrived. Flavours average. Such a shame, wanted to support a local business. Cinco is delicious but Piccolo over priced.

When it comes to pizza you dont have to be genius but in this case even simple pizza can be complicated. It wouldn't be fair to write a lot instead ill just say these guys neet to work on the pizza a lot.

Awesome potato pizza my partner and I come here whenever we can we love it so much only down side is there isn't one in Hamilton!!!! Piccolo pizza come to Hamilton please?
