ordered from here 2 weeks ago. got a hair in my pizza, phoned back to complain, they sent a driver out to collect the pizza and hair (and even he looked sickened when i showed him) an hour later still hadn 't heard anything back. so called them, when the nice bloke on the phone repeated my address i heard someone else shout 'is that her? give it to me? ' and then i got a long rant from the 'chef ' about how it was a 'mushroom fibre ' and they 'don 't have hair here ' so not only are all their staff bald but apparently mushrooms have hair follicles now......? had the cheek to ask if i wanted another pizza and got shirty when i asked for my money back. another hour later another delivery drive...
I don't usually complain, but tonight myself and two friends decided to grab some chips at Piccolo Pizzeria on South Street. We ordered two portions of chips, one with garlic mayo for £3.00 and one for £1.80. When the owner served us, I asked for salt and vinegar on mine and some ketchup. He then yelled at me, saying that adding sauce would cost extra. I clarified that I only wanted ketchup, not pizza sauce, but he continued to be aggressive and insisted it would cost £1.20. I was shocked by his rudeness and decided to take my plain chips elsewhere in the future. The owner's behavior was embarrassing and uncalled for. I will not be returning to his restaurant.
I called Piccolos to order food for my friend, but when I gave them my number, the person on the phone told me to hold on and then hung up. I called back and they answered, but when I tried to order a gravy chip, they hung up again. My friend called them next and also asked for the same thing, but they started screaming at him. We ended up going to the restaurant in person, but they refused to serve us and threatened to report our number. In general, the service was incredibly rude.
I ordered a pizza from this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the delivery was quick. The delivery person was also very friendly. The pizza had lots of toppings, was very tasty, and was great value for the price. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the pizza base, which was slightly soft. However, this did not stop me from enjoying the meal overall. It was very good value for the quality.

When i fancy a pizza i ALWAYS order from piccolos...in my experience friendly staff ans the ph and as yet have never got my order wrong ...pizzas are amazing esp my favourite vegetarian hot...they definately dont scrimp on the toppings...great value for money and nice delivery team...what more could you want? Yum yum...
havent ordered for months so thought would give benefit of doubt an try again thought could only get better..i was wrong..pizza base still raw enough cheese for about 3 pizzas an absolutely freezing..will definately be the last time i order again
Saturday night went in ordered a cheesy chip and a pizza got home with it n could not eat it bearing in mind I had a few drinks and usually could eat s$ ,I couldn't eat that **** never again will i go in here ..
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! ordered a kebab on chips it was cold. No sauce. Reheated chips for sure! And the meat was so overcooked. Worst kebab ive ever had. Won't ever order from here again.

Another very enjoyable pizza ..if I had any complaint it would be that it was.nt the warmest when it arrived..flavours were still amazing and loads of topping
I use piccolo pizzeria sometimes twice a week,never had problems with them. eating is nice and well prepared
