Piccolo's Corner - Reserva de mesa

Great vibe and initial impression for lunch rapidly dissolved with the brunch menu being more breakfast than lunch, the pasta of the day being spag bog ( ok it was fettuccine) and then waited quite a long time to be served. While waiting, two women walked in, let's call them Pru and Sue,with two small dogs.They had the audacity to walk in with the hounds released and not securely bound in their hand bags. I was surprised when the waitress rather than advise dogs not being allowed inside welcomed what appeared to be frequent customers. Ok, I thought, this is different, dogs inside a restaurant. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs and went to the dog beach with our Dalmatian puppy after this meal....

From the reviews we could see that this popular cafe gets very busy at times so we were pleased that there was only two other tables occupied when we arrived at 10 am. A very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere soon ruined by brusque and unfriendly server. Our coffee came reasonably promptly but was long gone as we waited for our food. With 4 at the table two plates arrived and then a long delay for the next two not helped by one dish being served with meat when a very specific order was placed for a vegetarian. No apology as the plate was snatched away and returned in an equally brusque manner. The food was fine and reasonably priced. The music was very loud but was turned down when we asked...

Six of us went there for brunch. Servings are very generous, so one dish was enough for both my husband and myself. Menu was small, but seemed to have something for every one. Coffee was great, food was fresh. Noise level was too high to have a conversation. They were packed out at 11:00 a.m.

I think this is one of my favourite places in town - piccolos corner in Leederville has a delicious menu, and serve a good cup of coffee! One of my regulars is the smashed avocado with a poached egg. Inside and outside seating is available. Be prepared to wait for a table - it's worth it! Reserva una mesa ahora

From a converted corner deli in West Leederville, Piccolo's has been attracting both locals and travellers from elsewhere in Perth for several years. Excellent coffees, with a diverse menu, the café is child friendly. The staff are professional, and the ambience funky.

Went to Piccolo's corner for late lunch - the kitchen was closed but they still had some very nice things to choose from - a risotto cake, spinach and cheese filo pastry and lots of cakes. Everything we had was delicious!

Group of 12 for morning tea. V pleasant spot. Few issues with wrong coffee orders but nothing over the top. Parking is tricky so watch/read parking signs. Will return for brkfast as apparently that is outstanding.

Piccolo's Corner is clearly a local institution for coffee, lunch or just catching up with friends. very cluttered and quirky in its decor, barely a table was free, if it's walls could speak. Reserva una mesa ahora

Scruffy and tired with sad garden and uncomfortable cramped seating. Cofffee and cake was ok but won't be back. Place in desperate need of a face lift.

This cornerstore coffee shop is my new favorite. Amazing interior design, beautiful teas, friendly atmosphere. Ticking all the boxes.
