The restaurant was quite dirty. Every table was unclean, and the area in front of the soft drink machine was filthy. The cashier, Leslie, engaged in a lengthy conversation with another customer while we waited, and she continued chatting with her as she took my order. Additionally, the air filters looked very grimy. I ordered mixed vegetables but received a carton that was mostly filled with carrots.
The staff were wonderful, and my food was ready and waiting when I arrived. However, the tofu pieces in both dishes were enormous, and there were very few vegetables. I usually look forward to visiting Pick Up Stix when I'm in the area, but after this last meal, I’m not certain I’ll return any time soon.
Honestly, pick up stix used to be a lot better than it is now. I haven’t had it in a while, but I decided to have it today and I have had much better wok for a lot cheaper too. There’s a lot better wok places in Chino Hills.
They reduce the rice portion unfortunately, but overall is good, husband like his sweet n sour chicken, the firecracker chicken tend to be sweet, the Thay curry chicken is alright and we got free wontons from the app Reserva una mesa ahora
Order my dinner there today first time today, it was Horrible! No taste , the food had no favor. So disappointed, will not be returning there

Horrible customer service. Their Restaurants are still closed for inside dining. What a joke
