I had previously enjoyed the fresh and tasty food at the San Pedro location, so I was really surprised by the poor quality and long wait at this branch. My date spent over $50, but we ended up with a lot of uneaten food that had to be thrown away. The only positive was the decent drink selection, which is why I’m giving it one star. To make things worse, my date got sick the next morning with stomach cramps and diarrhea after eating the leftovers for breakfast. I won’t be coming back here and will definitely advise my friends to avoid this location. Absolutely terrible experience!
My husband and I recently enjoyed lunch at Pick Up Stix. I had the House Special Chicken, and my husband opted for the teriyaki chicken with vegetables—both were delicious. The food is freshly prepared on-site, so nothing sits in warming trays. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly and attentive throughout our visit. While the noise from food preparation can be a bit loud, it’s still manageable. We truly enjoy dining at Pick Up Stix. As for wheelchair accessibility, I was able to move around comfortably in my wheelchair.
We had a fantastic experience at Pick Up Stix! We sure miss it! Pick Up Stix are no longer in Arizona so Everytime we go to California, we NEVER miss one of our long lost favorites! You cannot beat all their fine Wok’d dishes, but the House Special, is REALLY THAT type of SPECIAL! Keep up the fantastic Wok, we’ll be seeing you again soon! Kid-friendliness: The manager staff were super friendly to our Children!
The cashier was unfriendly and didn't acknowledge me when I approached to order. I had to greet her first because she didn't ask how she could help. After I placed my order, she handed me the receipt without making eye contact and looked away. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing.

This place is always on point and their prices have remained reasonable compared to all of the rampant inflation pricing going around.The manager here is always extra friendly and I think she trained her people very well to think of customer service as a priority. Parking: Always a couple spots.
Beef was burned and rubbery. I can't believe they messed it up, i walked in there and i was the only customer with five employees being lazy behind the counter. 22 dollars for trash beef and cold chow mein with no vegetables. Lazy
First time trying it out and my last , food has to much sugar too sweet .. rice is ok , noodles were plain with no flavor. Basically I threw away more than half my plate.. thats how bad it
I started coming here a few months ago and have been really impressed with the consistently awesome service. And the food is good.
