I dined at Pienza twice on separate days during a recent conference at the Gaylord. On both occasions, I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive to my needs. The first time, I arrived without a reservation and was promptly seated and served. The second time, I used Open Table to make a reservation and received the same level of service. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available including cereal, oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, French toast, pastries, eggs, bacon, and sausage. Pide atún ahi que no lo tenían. Eso eliminó aproximadamente 1/3 del menú. Almejas + almejas ordenadas. Los mejillones estaban poco cocidos y ni siquiera se abrieron.
