Today, I ordered two servings of pierogies, and they got my entire order wrong. Both servings were overcooked and deep-fried, even though I never requested them to be deep-fried. When I brought this up to management, they said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t remake my order. Honestly, the food is much better when the male chef is there. The female staff doesn’t seem to care about how the food is prepared, which is frustrating. It feels almost intentional when these mistakes keep happening. You really have one job!

This place is fantastic! The food is incredible and has a homemade touch that makes it truly special. The dishes they offer are unique and remind me of my grandmother's cooking. It’s truly an amazing restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly and goes above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. We’ve dined here many times over the past year and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend trying the Polishing Plate!

Awesome, true to culture food! My wife and I tried Pierogies Factory at the Chatfield Farms Pumpkin Featival and discovered that they have a restaurant that we will be returning to regularly. Been a few times over the last 2 years. Overall the food is good, but have become more pricey. I've eaten at her food truck a few times and always thought it was great, so we decided to try the restaurant. There were many fantastic dishes that aren't available on the food truck menu, and everything was absolutely delicious! The service was also excellent. I highly recommend this place!

The experience was just alright, and it felt a bit expensive for what you get. I dined in for dinner, and I would say the cost per person was between $10 and $20. The food rated a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 3.
