We took the menu at 46 eur 3 courses and 56 eur for 4 courses. Nothing to say about service, the pleasant and very safe girl of her. A contrario, A bit disappointed with notoriety, and the good notes on this restaurant we read. The number of asparagus differs depending on a three- or four-course menu, an asparagus for a 4-course menu and 2 in a 3-course menu. I find it surprisingly!!! The "cochon", cooking is a little dry, it is a pity. The flat meringue is a beautiful initiative for decoration, but not the height at the gustative level! In addition, I particularly hated, the dish cake served with lots of goodness at the end of the meal. (A horror, one would believe a fish bait cake). Okay.

At the beginning, the menu at 46€ in three dishes and no choice is destabilizing, especially with the goat of dish. The reactive leader to offer a poultry of beautiful invoice. Then comes two mouths, a bold entry of grilled asparagus, fresh cheese and fresh herbs and count of rhubarb. To follow, from the kid with a good kitchen, an exceptional corsé juice and a small peas. A dessert on the strawberry, crunchy mix, mellow, fries... A very inventive and bold kitchen. A real culinary experience. Excellent service and a very nice smile to crown everything. Turn around. Restaurant reserved by smart box or we are offered a upgrade to the menu 3 courses 46eur included, with the difference. And surprise to add the difference between the 5-course menu to 65er and the 3-course menu is well billed 19er/p with a switch fee 40er for 2 did not tell us despite our request to the waitress' proposal. This one will make us spend the next day with the boss. Result 39 euros for additional input and dessert. because the grilled pear of the menu was not a piece of beef, but a dessert.. The quality of the dishes was variable, some random weddings. For a note of more than 170 euros, there is much better.

We should invent a sixth star for this place! In a pleasant setting there is a cuisine made of color flavors combining salt and sweetness, a tasting of three or five dishes all as sublime each other. A big bravo to the chief! And at the service in remarkable room at all point to the wine council! Uncontournable!
