Pilot Travel Center

I stopped and I spent close to $100.00 and when I went inside the cashier was having a conversation on his phone with his phone on speaker and it was obviously a friend. I finally got his attention and after taking care of my purchases I asked him if it was okay to park on the side. There were only 2 vehicles parked on that side and he replied yes no problem. As I was backing the van the guy on the golf cart told me that the vans park by the ev chargers. No problem so I parked there with the other 3 vans. Then after I went to sleep they came knocking on the windows and made us move. I had to get up early so needless to say I was not happy. Obviously this store has problems with communication...

The staff at this particular Pilot was Super helpful on helping me to regain entry into my truck when I accidentally locked myself out . They offer numerous options to help and when we exhausted that they called the Avon police department,who just as the staff here was extra polite and friendly. Ricardo , Serenity and Ayla are the best and I truly Thank you you guys Tremendously.

Super cop 3rd shift employees would not stop harassing us until we moved our vehicles from out front and they don't allow overnight parking out front.we are commercial drivers we have to stop for 10 hours this is the truck stop.

Dirty lot. Smells like urine. And then attendants wake up half the truckers banging on doors at midnight
