Alexis the manager on duty cares more about the trucks parked in reserved parking than the sanitisation of her restrooms and maintaining a clean environment in the store. The sad part is she allows for illegally parked semis and dropped trailers. Fixthe important issues first then worry about the trucks trying to find a safe haven to sleep. This place has no concern withthe health of their patrons. Needs new management. And definitely needs to be reported to the health department. COVID thriveshere!

After waiting for my shower, I had to sweep the shower room floor. I left a pretty good sized pile of shaved hair, and miscellaneous other debris. Two pilot employees saw me sweeping and turned around and went the other way. Both seemed upset withme that I swept the floor. The rest of the shower room was just as dirty. However, I don't have the supplies to clean the restof the shower room.

Subway: I like how your bread is crunchy even when it?s not toasted. We all got sandwiches separately and reconvened with the same thought.. I don?t think these people have ever made a sandwich before. It genuinely seemed like strange performance art.Multiple times they actually forgot what sandwich they were making WHILE MAKING IT. Also the bathrooms are pretty gnarly.

Overnight Manager Brittany needs to take this store over completely. Josh is only hold her back from the true potential that she can do with this store . As a GM your team will do as you do and that's exactly what's going on right now .I believe in sixmonths time with Brittany as the GM you will see a huge change in the store and the employees.

I stopped here for a shower?never again! Have they ever heard of a broom or mop? Bit on the floor, hair in the shower and on the counter. I get that it?s not the newest of Pilots but have some standards. Dirty place and I?ll never stop there again foranything.
