I was surprised to need a reservation, as the restaurant was completely empty when we got there. The cashier and person behind the counter were friendly, but there were a few items that were out (which surprised me, since the restaurant was empty . Also, there was no water, and they had to go next door. (The dispenser was empty. The food was fine. I was looking for Jerk Chicken, and this chicken wasn 't fully seasoned. It was a little smokey, but not what I was hoping for. It tasted a bit bland and was more like pulled pork. It wasn 't the fire-grilled jerk chicken that was advertised. (Maybe they gave me the pork by mistake... I am sure the sauces are intended to supplement, but I wanted it...
Pimento was a great place to sit on the patio and eat some great food. Our table ordered jerk chicken, pulled pork, and Jamaican patties. The food was fast, fresh and tasty. I made the mistake of ordering a mai tai and got a pre-made cocktail that came out as a black liquid (darker than Coke) and it was not good. The rum punch was marginally better. I suggest ordering a mixed drink or a beer instead. The service was very good and the patio was sunny with nice island music playing.
The food at this restaurant is incredible! The portion sizes are generous and the flavors are absolutely fantastic! They also offer delicious vegan options, with a great ambiance and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!
It would be good if Open Table or the Pimento Website stated whe and whether not reservations were needed. Open table made it look like everything was booked for hrs. either side of noon.

Sleazy and overpriced. Service charge was included but there no service at tables. No silverware, only plastic. A disappointment compared to when we last visited pre Covid 4 years ago.
I was displeased that I had to leave my debit card as a security deposit while dining at the restaurant. I will now be monitoring my card closely for any suspicious charges.
Location is nice although food and service are very mediocre and overpriced. There’s a separate ordering process for food and beer makes it confusing.
The food was ok but overpriced and the service sucked. Also inexplicably, there are signs everywhere stating You are on Native land ??????

Great location to grab a bite to eat if you walking by the lake prices are reasonable and the food was fresh!
