Pinch Boil House

This place is in a perfect location for UIW student over the road from the main entrance. HAPPY HOUR: Tues Friday 3 6 pm worth it! I ordered the Business Boil 1/2 lb shrimp, corn, sausage and potato, I customized my with dragon sauce and the spices is nice dry rub, really spicy, REALLY GOOD. I saved the corn for last to absorb all flavors and it was perfect. My husband ordered the Dirty Bird Rice Bowl Korean Buffalo Chicken, Asian Cabbage Slave, Paprika and occupied with Umami Mayo. The presentation for this court was my favorite, see picture below! We ordered two Sapporo's and friend dumplings from the Happy Hour menu. Had a great time and will be back when I visit UIW friends.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant for the price and taste of the food. I don’t even live in San Antonio, but I make a trip from Austin 2 times a month to eat here. Seriously—I only really ever get the boiled shrimp. And it’s consistently the best I’ve had in the area. This is coming from someone who was practically raised on shrimp boils! You have to check them out.

You can tell the moment from you taste the crawfish when a place has put in the effort to really clean their crawfish. Pinch Boil House’s crawfish was really clean, compared to other Viet-Cajun places I’ve been to in Houston. 100% worth it for the cost per lb! The shrimp bowl tasted great too!

I had a great dinner here. The shrimp rice dish I had was absolutely amazing and the chicken cure was also delicious. A place I'll come back to. Both dishes were very refreshing. In and out also in 30 min. Thanks for the great service and delicious food. Go on!

The food is good and the previous reviews are spot on. Try it. It’s good. The only thing to know is that a lot of their food is “Market pricing” so you don’t know exactly what to expect, and that their food can be on the spicy side.
