Our daughter booked this as they live near Central London, and having read the reviews we were looking forward to going. The restaurant is very spacious and comfortable, the service was OK, toilets are cleaned regularly. As for the food, we'll I'd say average was the best way to describe it. The menu selection is varied and as one of our party is gluten and nut intolerant, there was a separate menu for them to choose from showing the safe options from the main menu) they were also given a red plate to alert serving staff of the allergy. Excelente comida y servicio de almuerzo en el restaurante. Mi amigo y yo disfrutamos mucho de la comida y los cócteles, que nos trajeron puntualmente. La cerveza sin alcohol 0 está bien, ya sabes, según la opinión de mi amigo. Los comensales están separados y su temperatura se controla a la llegada. We ended up ordering two meals each because the quantity of food we received was appallingly little for what we paid. The 'set menu ' was about 8 pieces of very small Dim Sum costing about 15 pounds. Also, when the bill arrived, there was a 12% service charge included. We spoke to the manager who offered to take it off, but our complaint wasn 't against the staff serving us, it was about getting ripped off. The food itself was good quality (hence 2 stars, not one) but I 'm afraid with such poor VFM, I can 't see this place being open for much longer. Needless to say, we won 't be back.
My friend and I decided to come here for a quick meal after being out all day. They had the happy hour deal where certain drinks and food is all half price, honestly in london you won’t get any better value. It’s also later in the day so you miss the lunchtime rush which is pleasant. We were mainly served by Ben who was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for him! He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and chatty but also not too intrusive. Will definitely be back if looking for a quick value meal in the city.

This is a really fun restaurant but very pricey (although it looked like their happy hour made it more affordable). Has a lovely vibe inside and staff are friendly. It was very loud, however. There were lots of veggie and vegan options, and one of our party was gluten free and they felt there was lots of options for them. No need to even speak to the staff as you write on a sheet what you want to order. Really really enjoyed fast and fresh
The food and service at Ping Pong is always brilliant. The staff were really welcoming and attentive! I have a couple of dietary restrictions, and there’s still a great range of options for me to choose from and enjoy the food is delicious, they have a good gluten free menu, and a detailed allergy matrix which is helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
It was probably much quieter than your average Thursday night. We were a biggish group that arrived in dribs and drabs. But we all got a great welcome, great service, and very good food. And having Happy Hour prices for some of it helped. Many thanks to our main waiter Ben who explained the dim sum whenever asked, and generally added to the atmosphere
Had a great dinner here with a great service (thanks Sunny! All food and drinks came out really quickly and we could add to our order all great!
