Cool Mama's Ice Cream

It takes a lot for me to want to leave a bad review but with the service we received, I feel it's necessary. We tried to order an PB&J shake(shown on the menu) and a chocolate Oreo peanut butter shake and was instantly met with an attitude from not just one of the staff but by all 3 girls that were in there. They said they don't make those anymore and didn't offer any solutions so we just ordered basically a pb&j shake by asking for strawberry ice cream with peanut butter and strawberry top...which seemed like a solution they could have offered. I know I'm annoying by saying the next one, but it's the truth: wishing they had more vegan items. have the lemon lavender popsicle, but it was simply not good--It was already a little fussy right out of the freezer and was just frozen sugar taste, not even like frozen fruit juice or anything. came with a family member and they got the ice and said it was good, but was a bit of a glacial. I don't think they're gonna make her ice so I know they don't have control over it.

Today my mom, children I stopped in for an ice cream for the first time. Definitely will be going back. Very friendly , very good ice cream , a nice clean environment!

Love the pink waffle cones with a hint of cinnamon! It was the perfect container for our ice cream. Location provides outside seating!
