We visited this ice cream shop recently, and I had a disappointing experience. When my family and I arrived around 4 PM on a weekday, a staff member informed us that the shop was closed for the day. However, we later observed him serving other customers after he had told us they were closed. Confused, my dad and I approached him again to confirm if the shop was really closed, and he insisted it was still shut. I pointed out that we had just seen him serving others, and he then claimed they only had the original flavor available.

Pinkberry offers the best pomegranate frozen yogurt I've ever tried! I love customizing my order with a waffle cone, mango boba, honey, and Oreos from their diverse menu. The staff is welcoming and lets you sample various flavors before deciding. Plus, the convenient location right in the center of the mall makes it easy to stop by.
I had a truly unpleasant experience at the restaurant. There was a young Indian server, I think her name was Crystal, who came across as very arrogant and rude. She hurried me through my meal and didn’t even make my drink correctly. I was left very disappointed with her service, and I feel she should no longer be part of the staff.

The customer service at Pinkberry was absolutely terrible! I called to ask a question about the menu, but the woman who answered seemed to have a significant language barrier and was extremely rude. She even hung up on me. When I tried calling back to clarify my question, she never answered again. Such unprofessional behavior!

The cashier was very friendly and offered us samples to try. I'd like to respond to the owner's comment about the serving size; it didn’t appear to be consistent. However, I’m open to revising my previous negative review if that was actually the portion size they intended to serve.
This location should be shut down! Their hours keep changing all the time. Why can’t they open when the mall does? Most stores open between 10 and 11, but they don’t open until noon! On top of that, they’re always opening late and the employees are never punctual!
