Great actual bread and rolls. Alfredo sauce was okay, but why can?t it be ordered by itself as a side? Extremely unprofessional teens working here. Glad the owner is willing to talk with them. Why did you hold my order for an hour because you ?wanted to just wait and bring all of the orders?? It took you 7 minutes to make and im 4 minutes away. I tipped you ten dollars to receive great service and was told ?we can?t do that. He doesn?t have it in the menu. The menu you have is an old one and the prices are higher now.? I just moved in here and the building gave me this menu and told me it was accurate and my order was double what I expected. Why? Even with a dollar more added for ?inflation,...
I'd like to give a detailed review but I can't they won't even pick up their phone. The engagement is pretty impressive he responds to 80% of the comments on here but read our response to the people that leave negative reviews does not seem like someone that can admit that they could have done something. Just remember it's not the company it's all you just don't spend your money here. Edit: dog it's so bad that if you keep on going down find a dude named Scott with a one-star review that's the business's neighbors son even he calls this place out. Being busy isn't an excuse for s behavior from a business.
Good experience, good pizza. In regard to some negative reviews, I didn?t have any issues. The owner is authentic Italian. Of course he?s not going to be a pushover passive Minnesotan. He runs a business. Sometimes it?s not all peaches and cream. They are a small shop and if you get swamped with orders it can get really overwhelming. I?ve worked in small business food service and it can be extremely stressful. The end product is great pizza. That?s all the matters to me.
If you're looking for authentic Italian pizza made with fresh ingredients and true Italian flair, Pino's is the place to be. Alex has been crafting amazing pizza and pasta for years, and I always enjoy stopping by for a slice and a chat. He truly knows his craft. You must love this place! The owner is a great guy who makes great pizza. His lunch deal iz 2 huge slices and a 12 ounces Dose Pop for $6 can not beat in 2022! It is more of a well-established place, but we enjoyed sitting in the cozy room and learning about the owner and his family. We hope to be regular!
I ordered pizza for the first time from Pino?s tonight. I had the Romana Pizza and I will definitely order again! The pizza was very well cooked and the pizza crust was probably the best I had for a long time! It was like getting pizza from an old fashion pizzeria! Five stars?
