a nice and cozy place with super friendly staff! pinsa manufaktur offers many vegan options, also with vegan mozzarella, acidic cream and bolognese soße. many of the veggie topped pinsas are vegan or can also be made vegan, just ask them! we enjoyed four different variations that were all delicious. they were all between 9 11 €, not big, but not too small either and very good quality. they also offer sweet versions of their pinsa dough with zimt, bananen etc. will definitely come back and check all other vegan versions: updated by the previous review on 2019 12 05

there are no cakes to describe the delicious pinsa you have to convince yourself. tastefully it is a dream, everything is super tuned. the menu leaves no wish open it is for every taste what is there. even vegan alternatives, which I also tested naturally. we had to our pinsa a side salad that was just as delicious. also try the desserts. we will be masters and not to forget is the excellent service, the staff is super attentive and mega friendly, so what I have rarely experienced in Germany. here you feel welcome. many thanks and continue to much success.

I tried the vegan bolognese pizza. the teig and the crust are amazing, and for their own sake with the experience. the bolognese was more about the kaper, but that was good with me (hard to prove every mint meat form or taste) so for me it is not the best vegan pizza I had, something very nice. easy but expensive
