I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered through Uber Eats tonight, and they sent me the wrong item. When I called to clarify the issue, a girl answered with very little charisma. Her response was, "Well, that’s because it was over what you ordered, okay? Do you want something else?" I asked for her name so I could identify who I was speaking with, but she refused to tell me and laughed while I was on the phone. I can understand if they need to substitute an item if something is out of stock, but what I cannot accept is the mockery and disrespect from this employee. I really don't understand how they allow people like this to serve customers.
The food is tasty, but a bit dry and topped with too many onions. The natural juice I had was good, but my friend's mango juice was lacking in flavor. The service was excellent—quick and efficient. The restaurant itself is lovely, with beautiful decor and enjoyable music. I would definitely return with friends and family. It's a great place!
I made 4 different orders, the tamale in a casserole was too salty for my taste but very tasty and with a lot of meat, everything else was extremely delicious. The ajiaco (sancocho) exceeded my expectations.
The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. You can enjoy a lovely meal in the courtyard, which is a great place to relax. Highly recommended!

Great food for a good price. Chicken chunks needed some extra salt for flavour. The salad was nice with juicy vegetables.
