I wandered into Pioik today as they were celebrating their 2nd birthday, definitely something to be proud of in the crowded super competitive Sydney market. I came quite late and there wasn't a lot left so I just had a coffee, which was actually really good. They have seating both inside and outside, with an inviting assortment of options. ....when i first visited, i fell madly in love with their bread wall… it’s so glorious and it’s always full of freshly baked bread, what could be better than that? their entire selection of eats make my mouth water and i’m slowly making my way through each and every one of their delicious treats – for some reason, i can’t resist. one visit was with the delightful rachel and we both enjoyed brunch, followed by dessert and take home treats.

This gets me up in the morning: kimchi, provolone, chili croissant $12 each quite pricey but it’s different and so tasty). My colleague is raving for their almond croissant too will try later. Coffee has been good and consistent since the first days they opened up shops. They also sell really good sourdough bread and some other interesting things in their menu.

We’ve been wanting to try Egyptian bakery, Pioik for a while now. Positive word of mouth as well as sampling things in other cafes led us to making a trip to Pyrmont. The store is quite small, located on Harris Street in Pyrmont. The front counter showcases the goodies on sale but you can also see the bakery production behind. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our favourite breakfast place in Sydney. And we eat out a lot. Amazing bread, so fresh ingredients and good vibe. Only thing that stops us from coming more often is the lack of baby chairs but otherwise it’s worth driving all the way into our old neighbourhood to come here!

I have been in pioik bakery twice. You can taste good coffee and Egyption breakfast. Manoush bread is my favorite. You should taste banana bread and lamington. Waiters are helpfull so you can get advices from them.

Carb heaven. Not really a sit down and eat place but definitely a grab a coffee and great pastry to go place. QUALITY FOOD RIGHT HERE. They also had soup for lunch for awhile and it was to die for.

This place gets a 5.0 because of the brilliant coffee and service. Aesthetically pleasing, proud but not arrogant, super clean. What more could you want??? Oh. And Portishead was playing... Reserva una mesa ahora

Great coffee great service... and ambience .. delicious croissants ..we must return for some organic cuisine francais ..great location too
