Great fresh food. Environmentally friendly. Smiling staff who patiently explained the menu. More expensive than fast food but worth every penny. I had lamb meatballs on grains and salad and my boyfriend had braised beef on pita. Both options were excellent!!!!

Cannot say enough on how great this place is. I have the pleasure of working in Barrhaven , and this is my go to place for lunch. Food always fresh, healthy and served with a smile by the great staff. Congrats on your second location on Elgin Street.

I loved it. The grain bowl was filling and tasty the braised lamb, pomegranate n ginger, spicy harissa, and spicy red pepper hummus are star additions to your bowl.I'll be eating here multiple times based off of how good this bowl was.

One of my favourite restaurants for years now, very fresh and tasty. I am disappointed they no longer have baked zucchini cakes, especially as a vegetarian, hence the 4 stars. Please bring them back!
