Pit Bellinzona - Reserva de mesa

Finalmente anche a Bellinzona! La qualità della pasticceria è ottima. Creazioni sfiziose e deliziose. Tutte da provare. Luogo ideale anche per un lunch leggero (tartare, zuppe, insalate) o per acquistare un regalino prima di prendere il treno.L'arredamento mi ha lasciata un po' delusa, in particolare trovo infelice la collocazione dell'ingresso alle toilettes. Il servizio può essere migliorato, sia al tavolo che al bancone. Nelle altre filiali è decisamente migliore.Comunque ci vado regolarmente ed è sempre un piacere gustare le specialità che offre Al Porto.

La pasticceria è carina e i dolci si presentano bene. L'aspetto però non è tutto. Gusti molto standard e un cameriere altezzoso e maleducato hanno fatto il resto. Dò 1 stella a causa del cameriere che dovrebbe farsi un bagno di umiltà, altrimenti ne avrei date 3, perchè i dolci sono abbastanza buoni. Alla fine ci siamo spostati nel ristorante accanto, dove il personale è stato molto più amichevole e ci ha dedicato anche molto tempo.

Arrivati per l’aperitivo, non ci informano dell’imminente chiusura e ci chiedono poco dopo di pagare in quanto devono chiudere (mancavano ancora 20 min. . Nel mentre ci ha raggiunto un’amica che non viene considerata. Dopo neppure 5 min. il cameriere con fare scortese e seccato sollecita noi ed altri clienti a lasciare il locale. I modi non sono di casa al Porto di Bellinzona.

Absolutamente gran calidad y un personal perfectamente eficiente y amable hacen de este salón de té el número uno en Bellinzona. Muy bien ubicado frente a la estación de tren, agradable y relajante. Lo que proponen, no solo es delicioso sino también increíblemente atractivo. Definitivamente vale la pena una visita. . . o dos. Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely great quality and perfectly efficient and friendly staff make this Tea Room for me the number One in Bellinzona. Very well located in front of the train station, nice and relaxing. What they propose, it's not only delicious but also incredibly good looking. Definitely worth a visit... or two.
