Day of work I worked overtime from 6:00 knew that I had to pick up something for the barbeque party after I got out, made an online order by Pit Boss everything went so smoothly! At 7:30 a.m., they found closed at 5:00 a.m. for the laboratory day... I was French, looking through the window so hard another car went up, looked at me, turned around and left. Pit Boss BBQ is located at 856 Virginia Ave, Hapeville, GA 30354, behind a liquor store. Parking is mostly available on the streets next door, although you might get lucky and find a spot in the lot, especially during lunch or dinner hours. This classic BBQ joint is a favorite among Delta Airlines employees and a fantastic place to stop by, which is exactly what we did after our visit to the nearby Arches Brewing. A group of us had enjoyed one of Michelle T's excellent BeerYEs at Arches, and there's nothing quite like traditional BBQ to complement a beer buzz.
I tried the rib meal, which included mashed potatoes, a salad, and cornbread. The food was generally good. The ribs were tender, juicy, and tasty, making them highly recommendable. However, the cornbread was a letdown—dry and stale, as if it had been left out for too long. The mashed potatoes had an unusual, baby food-like texture but were flavorful, and the salad was visually inviting.
The restaurant offers a comfortable atmosphere and the staff were welcoming. However, we experienced a wait of more than 30 minutes for our meals. The ribs came out lukewarm and were rather dry. The brisket was alright, but the cornbread was a letdown, tasting dry and chalky.

Had a large order I placed online. Everything thing turned out awesome!! Food was perfect and everyone was so nice. We were very well taken care of. Dept299 loves the Pit Boss! We will order again soon! Thank you!
Incredible BBQ! And the pea.... Incredible BBQ! And the peach cobbler was some of the best I have had The place doesn't look like much on the outside but what a great plate of food they serve!
Delicious food, a fantastic variety on the menu, and exceptionally friendly staff! I highly recommend the BBQ chicken and the peach cobbler, but my father-in-law swears by the brisket!
Food is outstanding!! But get in before 9pm or you get locked out!! Fast service and endless beverages!! Brisket is to die for and the ribs are very good!! Try the beef, my favorite!!

Very good brisket at a very nice price. I ordered 1/2lb of brisket flat cuts. They were very tender with enough moisture. The price was very reasonable too. Nice place to grab lunch.
