Pita Jungle Gilbert

I 've been coming to pita jungle for over 20 years and at every location the food is hit or miss and the service is hit or miss. It just seems to be the company culture. Lots of annoyed looking college students who don 't care to bring a drink a refill. Decided to skip dealing with the service and order take out tonight. When the food is good, it 's amazing. Tonight was not one of those nights. We order a side of potatoes and they were disgusting. It was like eating cardboard. My husband said they were the worst potatoes he 'd ever had in his life. The extras that we ordered on our entrees were non existent and when I said something to the person I picked up from, she told me I was wrong. On the upside, the pizza was delicious. The wrap my husband ordered was also delicious and enormous, but completely fell apart. The hummus was smashed into a tiny container so there was no way to actually enjoy three distinct flavors, it was just all one flavor. The kids meal was a disappointment and usually my kids like it. The chicken had zero flavor and the carrots tasted burnt but somehow rock hard. $60 for a lot of food that didn 't measure up. Pictures are of the extra chicken.

We’ve been Pita Jungle fans for years. As they expanded, it’s just been downhill which is disappointing.We were excited for something healthy and refreshing and we’ve never been to this location, so we gave it a shot . After being seated for 20 minutes, we got up and found someone who could maybe take our drink order and possibly find the server assigned to our table. we learned that there was only one server for the 15 tables and the manager, the hostess and the bartender we’re not able to take tables.We thought we would give the summer specials menu a try, and we’re extremely disappointed with a very milky Ahi bowl. Which was very disappointing my daughters, tuna melt. Our server disappeared for the last 40 minutes of our meal probably due to fatigue and we had to find someone to close out with and found the oncoming bartender who hadn’t been in the restaurant to help us with our check. This is probably one of our last times at Pita before we give it another try. a little disappointing as a longtime fan who has loved the nutritious offerings, great service and delicious food that we once knew at the Apache location

Unfortunately I can't rate the food. We went here after wanting to try it for some time. We were seated, ordered our drinks and had them given to us, and no one came back after that. After waiting over 20 minutes we decided we would wait 5 more minutes and if no one came, we would leave. I walked up to the bar and asked the bartender if we could pay for our drinks. Fortunately they said to not worry about it. We were disappointed with the service and have not yet been back to try again.

Hila was very un attentive and rude to our table. She dropped our food off and never came back for 30 plus minutes. Had to get our own boxes, ask for refills from another server, and talk with the manager. Will not be coming back.

Good food, lots of variety in the menu. Service was good. We'll be back.
