Just moved to the area and wanted a good authentic middle eastern spot because my parents were visiting. We all went and LOVED all of the food that we ordered. We pretty much ordered a bunch of different stuff and everything was delicious. Service was great, helpful and polite. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The Turkish coffee was great. Beef shawarma was my favorite and their hummus is phenomenal. Tabbouli salad was also fantastic. Can’t rave about it enough—this will absolutely be my go-to spot in Rochester! Can’t wait to come back.
I went to Rochester with a friend and we decided to have lunch at PITA. I ordered the Chicken kabob sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The grilled pita bread was so delicious. I wish I lived closer so I could go back every day, but unfortunately I live 2 1/2 hours away. The parking was very convenient.
we were glad that pita remained open in the pandemic. the owner needed time to rebuild his hummus to be vegan, he told me. this is the best pita and falafel I had in rustester. the fries are amazing. try the zetarbrot so well!
Delish, basic counter service, but good quality. Had lentil soup, moussaka, hummus, and sandwiches, but also vegan baklavah!!! Felt home made by family cook.Vegetarian options: Accommodate our allergies.

The owner is the most kind, generous man! He was very hospitable to my large group of people who came in and basically took over the restaurant. The food was AMAZING and the staff were all great!
I certainly overindulged, but I don’t mind at all! The food was fantastic. I had the vegetarian platter, while Marty opted for the meat dish. We both polished off everything on our plates!
I decided to try something new and I was amazed. The chicken pita pocket was delicious, and the baklava didn't even make it home with me. I have definitely found a new favorite lunch spot.
This place is amazing! The Shawarma plate was delicious and authentic. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff gave us a very warm welcome. Please never change a thing!

the best riders of all time, and their falafel pita is for to die. many options and they have no problems to fix dinge for them. great place!
