I placed a $500 order for pickup for a group of workers who have been putting in long hours. They were counting on this lunch. Just 35 minutes before the scheduled pickup, I received a call saying they would need another hour and a half to two hours. So basically, this means after their lunch break was over. I asked them to prioritize my order and just prepare it. When I arrived at the store, I gave them additional time, and at that point, they said maybe an extra 30 minutes. However, it still wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, I watched as they continued to take and fill other orders while putting mine aside as new customers came in. I am extremely disappointed; not only have they let me...

The food was mediocre; the fresh vegetables were the only highlight. However, the server rolled their eyes at me a couple of times, and all I did was place a straightforward order. I also can't wrap my head around how you can make falafel without sesame seed or tahini dressing. Honestly, it didn’t taste authentic at all. I can't believe these pita places are so cheap - it seems the corporate management doesn't understand what a real falafel is supposed to be. I'm done with this place and won't be returning. Just to clarify, a proper falafel should come with hummus and genuine tahini dressing.

Paid $20 for a small pita, pita chips and vitamin water. my veggies were on the grill less than 30 seconds and neither them nor my meat was even remotely warm. The portions were super small for what you get. Even for a small pita. And let's be real, pita chips made in house is kitchen trickery to use up old stale pitas so they should not be more expensive than a bag of Lays. It's a complete rip off for what you get. Save your money. Not worth it at all.

I was extremely pleased with the service and quality of everything I ordered on New Year's Day at 2:30. The gentleman who took my order was incredibly easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience very smooth. What a true professional! Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff is unwelcoming and does not speak English. I had to repeat everything three times, from selecting and paying for the pita to choosing the toppings. She also seemed confused about what "give me the package" meant.

By far the best Pita restaurant! The pitas are really filled to perfection with a healthy variety of veggies, cheese and meat (or vegan). Worth 3 subwaysNeeds more of those in Quebec!Kid-friendliness: kids menu

I plan to order Pitas from here regularly. The staff always greets me, the service is outstanding, and the Pitas are consistently delicious!
