Staff was wonderful. The store was kept clean, but extremely hot does not feel like it. There’s any air conditioner no airflow through the place. Definitely wouldn’t be able to sit down and eat in here. You’d be hot just sitting there and then hot food you’re eating.That would be just uncomfortable. At 3:45pm June 6th 2023, I went in and ordered what I normally ordered. A small garden pita with extra cheese. And in Simcoe it comes out to $9.90 but this location comes out to $11.28. And when I pointed that out to the employee she got very rude with me and remained rude the entire time that I was placing my order. And after she put the veggies on the grill, the other lady that was working there with her she leaned over to her and they were whispering about something. Which to me, I thought that they were whispering about me and made me feel terrible/uncomfortable. A little warm so not able to sit and eat, however the staff is amazing. We went to eat yesterday at about 730pm (August 19th) the poor person putting my pita together had the misfortune of ripping the Pita twice. She kept apologizing but it happens. She has served us many times without a problem. She was amazing though!!! Owner should definitely give her a gold star! Sadly I don't know her name but I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to figure out who it was. She was the only one with braces lol

I’m a regular customer here. The food is usually great in this location. However, this time visiting I was disappointed. I found a hair in my pita. Which is very unsanitary, and I’m very disappointed and disgusted.
