During my recent visit to Pita Pita Mediterranean restaurant, I had a mixed experience. The food was decent, and the flavors were enjoyable, but I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't served as hot as I had anticipated. On the other hand, I appreciated the modern touch of technology they incorporated into the ordering process. What is so crazy about this place is the food is DELICIOUS and the service is god awful. If you get what you ordered you will be happy! But our order has been wrong multiple times, or we go and the girl has to spend 20 minutes finding our already done and paid for online order the online ordering system through toast is fully automated, tells me when my order is done, confirms what I ordered and the location I ordered from. But somehow if we get the wrong person behind the counter they act like they’ve got no idea what’s going on. It hasn’t always been like this. The service used to be nearly as good as the food. It’s a shame it’s gotten so much worse.

It was ok.. service was not that good...we went for to go this time..we order mixed chicken...but first they messed it up and gave mixed meat..once we got home and found out the drove back to the restaurant...then they exchanged it with mixed chicken..Food: 4/5

I first visited this restaurant because it has so many excellent reviews...way more reviews than any other restaurant in the area. Now that I have visited I am happy to add my review. The food here is AMAZING! You will not be disappointed.
